Virginia Beach National

Virginia Beach National GC opened in 1999 as the TPC of Virginia Beach. It boasts a classic design by Pete Dye with assistance from Curtis Strange, a two-time US Open champion and Virginia Beach native. From its opening, VBN hosted the Nationwide Tour's Virginia Beach Open, giving it a tour-quality history and a reputation as a top public course in Southeast Virginia. In 2009, the course was rebranded as Virginia Beach National Golf Club and underwent a comprehensive renovation while retaining its championship design. This rendition is a blend of its past and present design.
